The holiday village is situated in the middle of a large, well-maintained garden, directly on the 500 m long and 80 m wide sandy beach. The hotel is part of the "Kamelya Collection" complex (Selin, Fulya, and Aishen Club hotels). Side is approx. 5 km away, Antalya Airport approx. 55 km, and Manavgat approx. 13 km. Taxis and public minibuses are available nearby.

The two- and three-story buildings with a total of 584 residential units are spread across the spacious complex. Central facilities include an open reception area, various bars, the main restaurant, several à la carte restaurants (reservation required and for a fee; the Turkish restaurant is included once per stay of at least 7 nights upon reservation and availability), and an amphitheater. Two indoor pools with separate children's pools (in use seasonally), a hairdresser, and various shops are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The beautifully landscaped garden area features five freshwater swimming pools for adults and three separate children's pools, sun terraces, pool bars, and the meticulously designed Aquarius Aquapark with 14 water slides (open from April 1 to October 30, weather permitting). A quiet pool for relaxation is located between the "Fulya" and "Selin" hotels. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels (available at the pool) are provided free of charge at the beach and by the pools.

The rooms, approximately 22 sqm, feature a double bed, split air conditioning, a seating area, shower/WC, direct dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, satellite TV, ceramic flooring, and a hairdryer (D). Double room for single use (DE).

The rooms, approximately 28-33 sqm, are tastefully and elegantly furnished and feature a double bed or two single beds, bathtub or shower/WC, slippers, hairdryer, seating area, direct dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly operation), safe, tiled floor, and a balcony with garden view (DSU). Double room for single use (DSE).

The rooms, approximately 36-44 sqm, feature two single beds, or a double bed, or a double bed and a single bed, split or central air conditioning (hourly operation), a seating area, bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, satellite TV, and ceramic flooring (DD2). From summer 2026 also available as a double room for single use (DD1).

The family rooms, approximately 40-53 sqm, consist of two rooms with a connecting door. One bedroom with a double bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, and are equipped with split or central air conditioning (hourly operation), a seating area, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, satellite TV, ceramic flooring, telephone, and hairdryer. The family suites, approximately 105-111 sqm, consist of 2 bedrooms with a connecting door and a dressing room, as well as a living room. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one or two bathrooms with bathtub or shower/WC. The rooms are equipped with a key card, central air conditioning (hourly operation), seating area, satellite TV, minibar, safe, tea & coffee set-up, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, smoke detector and sprinkler system, balcony, tiled floor, telephone, and hairdryer. For children, there is child safety, bathrobes, slippers, and special toiletries in the room (2FS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, late riser breakfast, coffee and tea with pastries in the afternoon, ice cream during lunch and dinner, snacks throughout the day, Turkish flatbread by the pool and on the beach, as well as grilled dishes and the "Güney" restaurant, which is open 24 hours (at the Fulya hotel). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are available at different bars. Table wine is served with lunch and dinner. The Nazar Bar in the Kamelya Collection complex is open until 5 AM. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Three grass courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, darts, aerobics, a fitness room, basketball, and beach volleyball.

Tennis in the evening with floodlights, two quartz sand tennis courts, tennis racket and ball rental, bowling at the "Selin" hotel, billiards, and an arcade.

Mini club for children aged 4-12 years with hourly supervision. In June, July, and August, a Junior Club (13-17 years), mini zoo, mini disco, children's buffet, and playground. Additionally, PlayStation, Nintendo, Wii, a Lego room, and various garden activities.

The Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath are available free of charge at the "Fulya" or "Selin" hotels. Massages and other treatments and facilities in the well-equipped spa and wellness center at "Selin" and "Fulya" are available for a fee.

Doctor visits, telephone, and fax expenses are subject to a fee.
