The hotel in Side is located approximately a ten-minute walk from the picturesque old town of Side. Manavgat town center is about 9 km away, with public minibus connections conveniently close by. Antalya Airport is approximately 62 km away.

The hotel, popular with German guests, offers a total of 140 rooms spread across a two-part main building with four floors. Central facilities include a lovely reception area with comfortable seating, reception desk, TV corner, elevators, and Wi-Fi included in the lobby, restaurant, and rooms. There is also an à la carte restaurant (once per stay, with reservation and subject to availability), a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), and a small spa area with an indoor pool (open in winter). Additionally, there is a kiosk and a hairdresser (both at a charge). The well-maintained outdoor area features a charming freshwater swimming pool, pool/snackbar, and sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach.

The rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner from the open buffet, snacks in the afternoon, coffee/tea with pastries, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the hotel bar from 10 am to midnight (from Spring '25, 24 hours). Your minibar will be stocked with water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, and all drinks after midnight (no longer from Spring '25).
