Location
The Pestana Alvor Beach Villas are part of the Pestana Dom Joao II Beach & Golf Resort, located directly on the sandy beach "Praia de Alvor". The villas were largely renovated in 2024/2025. The town center is only about 1 km away. Further shopping and entertainment facilities are located in the port city of Portimao, approximately 7 km away. Faro International Airport is about 70 km away.

The spacious 4-star holiday complex features 44 villas. With the same amenities as the Superior Villas (2 bedrooms), these Premium Villas are more spacious at approximately 89 m² (2VP).
