<span style="" >The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a 1,500-meter-long, beautifully landscaped lagoon with its own beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. A long jetty extends from Zeytouna Beach into the Red Sea, offering a chance to explore the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling. The center of El Gouna is about 350 meters away. Hurghada Airport is approximately 25 kilometers away.</span>

Built in a Nubian village style, the resort impresses with its cozy atmosphere, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and features 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas. The outdoor area features four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two small slides, aqua splash pool with four different water slides, dolphin pool), three of which are heated in winter. There are also four children's pools for the little ones, three of which are heated in winter. One of these pools has small slides and water features. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pools and the hotel's private beach. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant and four different specialty restaurants, as well as various bars.

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 21 sqm) have been fully renovated and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with pool and garden view. Also available for single use (DK1).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 28 sqm), these rooms offer pool/garden or lagoon views. Also available for single use (PR1).

The comfortable family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 37 sqm).

The newly bookable Superior Rooms (DSU, 28 sqm) have been renovated and offer a choice of views depending on the room's location in the hotel – either garden or refreshing pool view. The rooms are equipped with two different types of beds: a large king-size bed or two twin beds, depending on your preference. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities. Also bookable for 3 people (TDS) and for single use (DSE).

The rooms (DSB) have similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms but are more spacious (approx. 35 sqm). The rooms have been renovated and are newly bookable.

The main restaurant "Sunny Restaurant" offers breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9 pm) in buffet style. Additionally, the restaurant offers tea time with various snacks from 4-5 pm. There are also several specialty restaurants: "Greenhouse" with vegan and vegetarian dishes in the morning (7:30-11 am buffet), lunch (11 am-3 pm à la carte for a fee) and in the evening (6-9 pm à la carte for a fee with prior reservation). "Lagoon Lunch" at noon (12-3 pm à la carte). "Dolce Vita" with Italian dishes (6:30-9 pm à la carte) and "Chez Pascal" with a selection of various specialties (6:30-9 pm à la carte for a fee on Fridays). Soft drinks, hot beverages, and local alcoholic drinks are served to guests until midnight at six different bars, including the All-Inclusive Bar, the Sunset Bar, the Dolphin Bar, the Lagoon Bar, the Lounge Bar, and the Peanuts Bar, which is open until midnight and offers various entertainment and activities. The all-inclusive offer is valid daily until midnight.

The Dine-Around program offers guests with half board, full board, or all-inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants of other hotels – at no additional cost for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: 1x for stays of four nights or more, up to 3x for five to seven nights, and up to 4x for eight nights or more. Guests from 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from 3 or 4-star hotels can dine in establishments of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.
Table reservation through the hotel (ideally by 12 pm on the same day) is recommended.

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three different decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and generously designed reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Two bars provide refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also offers ample loungers for relaxation, as well as a generously designed pool with two integrated whirlpools.
