The hotel complex consists of a main building and three-story residential buildings with a total of 866 rooms. A sea-water lagoon runs from the beach through the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden to the reception building and can be navigated by shuttle boats. Facilities include a stylish lobby with a reception, six buffet restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, Oriental, and German), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
The outdoor area features four swimming pools with separate children's pools (four of which are heated in winter, one with water slides for children), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. A brand-new highlight of the pool landscape is the newly built aquapark with 11 different slides for all ages, adding an extra dose of excitement and action to your holiday. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park can be booked additionally.

The friendly furnished rooms (D, DB) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (soft drinks and water incl.), kettle, and safe, as well as a balcony or terrace, and are approximately 20-25m² in size.

The rooms (SL2) are equipped like the double rooms, but are larger (approx. 45 m²) and have a lagoon view. On the lawn in front of the residential building, there are Bali beds offering an exclusive chillout option for guests in these rooms.

The Double Superior Sea View rooms (DMU) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Pool View rooms, but with a sea view.

Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park (consisting of the former Jungle Aqua Park and a newly built slide park in Water Valley) can be booked at an additional charge in many hotels. The park features over 100 different water attractions for guests of all ages. The price of €70 for adults and €35 for children up to 11 years old (from Summer 2026: €75 for adults and €38 for children) includes daily free entry with snacks and soft drinks, as well as transfer from/to the hotel of stay.

For the little guests, there is a mini club (4-12 years), a separate children's pool (pool with slides), a playground, soft drinks, ice cream, and a children's corner at dinner. Newly built Aqua Park with 11 different slides.
