The complex, renovated in 2020, features 23 accommodation units spread across 3 floors.
Facilities include: reception (open for a few hours several times a week), small swimming pool (heated in winter), and a sunbathing lawn with loungers, as well as a FKK sun terrace.

1-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony
The apartments (approx. 35 sqm) are all individually and attractively furnished with a living room, satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning (free), kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, and a balcony, located on the 1st or 2nd floor (A12).

For bookings with 3 people: extra bed in the living room.

2-Bedroom Apartment
Equipped similarly to the 1-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, but with 2 bedrooms (A22).

These apartments are equipped like the 1-Bedroom Apartments with Balcony, but feature a terrace or small garden and are located on the ground floor (AT2).

Breakfast and dinner are served at the Banderas restaurant in the Oasis Beach shopping center (approx. 300 m from the complex).
