The Cotton Bay on the picturesque island of Rodrigues is a luxurious retreat that welcomes guests with authentic hospitality. Nestled in one of the island's most beautiful bays, the resort offers direct access to white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The resort is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Plaine Corail Airport and 14 km from the capital, Port Mathurin.

The sprawling hotel complex offers 92 modern and attractively designed rooms, providing guests with the utmost comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. Further amenities include a welcoming reception and lobby, a main restaurant with an extensive à la carte section, and a bar serving a variety of refreshments. In the well-maintained garden area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

The air-conditioned rooms (approx. 32m²) feature a balcony or terrace, with most rooms offering breathtaking sea views. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. A safe and a mini-fridge are also provided.

These rooms are more spacious (approx. 45 m²) with otherwise similar amenities.

With otherwise similar amenities, these suites feature a separate living/sleeping area and are approximately 60m² in size.

Breakfast buffet at the main restaurant "Kono Kono". With Half Board, dinner is also served as a buffet in the main restaurant.

The resort offers a variety of water sports, including kayaking and pedal boating. ​Additionally, there is a fitness center, yoga, and aqua aerobics.

Organized boat trips to the surrounding islands. Diving trips can be arranged upon request.

For young guests aged 3-11, the Kids Club offers a varied program with outdoor activities and creative workshops. A babysitting service is available upon request.

The "Ovannee Spa" in the hotel garden offers a selection of treatments for relaxation of body and mind. Facilities such as a sauna and steam bath are available (for a fee).

When booking a domestic flight from Mauritius to Rodrigues Island, please note the following transfer information, which is independent of the hotel:
Transfers are only possible for international flight arrivals by 1 PM / departures from 4 PM. In case of arrival/departure outside the above times due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended waiting times for immigration, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay in Mauritius. Waiting times of 3 hours or more are possible.
Free baggage allowance is 15 kg + 5 kg hand luggage. / Infants 15 kg plus buggy, but no hand luggage. / Excess baggage approx. 4 per kilo.
For stays from 1.10.2025 onwards, the Republic of Mauritius will levy a tourism tax, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a city tax. The tourism tax is 3 € per person per night and must be paid by all travelers aged 12 and over.
