The hotel offers 344 rooms on 6 floors, the aparthotel 144 apartments on 4 floors, and the Suites offers 77 suites on 6 floors. The resort features a lobby with reception, elevators, a lounge with a bar and terrace, a supermarket, and a restaurant with sea view and terrace. The well-maintained 60,000 m² garden area with old trees offers 3 swimming pools with a separate children's pool (heated indoor pool in low and shoulder seasons), sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar.

The double rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating (central), safe, minibar (for a fee, upon request), telephone, TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace (D).
