Location
Located in the Kolymbia holiday area, in a quiet environment, approx. 1.8 km from the beautiful sand/pebble beach and approx. 800 m from the center. There are numerous tavernas, bars, and cafes here. A shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is offered 4 times daily (included, 10:15 AM, 10:30 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM).
Facilities
The small, very family-run holiday complex consists of five buildings with a total of 120 rooms. The main building houses a lounge with a reception, internet corner (for a fee), Wi-Fi (for a fee, free in public areas from Summer 2026), and a mini-market. The restaurant is located in one of the annex buildings within the hotel complex. Outside, there is a small garden, a BBQ area, two swimming pools, and a cozy seating terrace with two pool bars, all redesigned with a fresh look. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the sun terrace, while they are available for a fee on the beach. Bath towels can be rented for a fee. The hotel also offers some lounge sofas and chill-out areas outdoors.

The Superior Double Rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, telephone, rental safe, Wi-Fi (for a fee, free in public areas from Summer 2026), mini-fridge, flat-screen TV (10 German channels), air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (2UR).

Superior Double Room, renovated Dimitri Style
With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms were renovated in a new design for Summer 2024 and are located in the main building (DAS/3UR).
Superior Double Room Poolside/Private Garden
The Superior Double Rooms Poolside/Private Garden have been completely renovated since Summer 2023 and are located on the ground floor near the large swimming pool at the rear of the main building. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer and slippers, shampoo & shower gel, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning (included throughout the season), rental safe, satellite TV (55-inch) with HDMI connection, telephone, Wi-Fi (included in public areas), coffee/tea maker. The terrace offers a small private garden area with comfortable seating. From here, it's just a few steps to cool off in the large swimming pool complex (DSF).
Superior Double Room Private Pool (from 14 years)
These rooms, renovated in a fresh design since Summer 2023, are modernly furnished and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms Poolside/Private Garden, feature an outdoor terrace in the garden with a small private pool, sun loungers, and seating (U2P) – bookable for ages 14 and up. Also available for single occupancy (U1P).
Junior Suite Private Garden, renovated
The Junior Suites Private Garden have also been renovated in a fresh design since Summer 2023. With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms Poolside/Private Garden, they are more spacious and feature a combined living/sleeping area and a private garden with a chill-out lounge and a terrace with seating. They are located near the large pool (RJG). Also available for single occupancy (GJ1).
Junior Suite, renovated Dimitri Style
The Junior Suites are located in the main building, were renovated in a new design for Summer 2024, and feature a combined living/sleeping area, a walk-in shower/WC, slippers, air conditioning (included throughout the season), telephone, rental safe, Wi-Fi (for a fee, free in public areas from Summer 2026), mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, 55'' satellite TV with HDMI connection (approx. 10 German channels), and a balcony (JS2/JSI). Also available for single occupancy (JS1).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style in the renovated main restaurant. Twice a week, there are theme nights (Italian Night, Greek Night, Mexican Night, Chinese Night). Every Monday features a Greek BBQ night.

Breakfast buffet from 7 AM to 11 AM with show cooking. Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM are also offered as buffets, each featuring a Greek corner with local specialties. Twice a week, there are theme nights (Italian, Greek, Mexican, or Chinese Night). Every Monday, there is a Greek BBQ night at the grill area in the garden.
In the afternoon, coffee, tea, and homemade cake are served from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Guests can enjoy national alcoholic drinks (beer, red and white wine, Ouzo, and brandy) and non-alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks) from 11 AM to midnight at the main pool bar. The small pool bar opens from 6 PM to midnight and also offers whisky and gin.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax.
