The hotel has 318 rooms spread over 8 floors. The modern hotel's facilities include a large reception hall with reception, elevators, bar, restaurant, lounge, fitness room, spa area, conference room, "Magic Park" (playground for children), boutique, and hairdresser. In the tropical garden complex, there are 2 swimming pools and 1 children's pool, the sun terrace with loungers, sunshades, and a pool snack bar. Additionally, the hotel offers an infinity pool (adults only, 16 years and over) with sun loungers and Bali beds (for a fee/with reservation) and bar service (for a fee).

Double Room Panorama Sea View
With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious at approx. 60m² and located on the top floor, offering spectacular views of Troya Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Facilities include a bathroom with shower and whirlpool, both with sea views, and a separate toilet. Also features a 40-inch LED satellite TV, Nespresso machine (welcome pack included), minibar (welcome pack included), safe, and bath towels (each included), daily free entry to the spa area, and a large terrace with sun loungers (2RA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style in the buffet restaurant. Table drinks such as water, house wine, national beer, juices, and soft drinks are included with lunch and dinner. Snacks and drinks between meals are available from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and 9:45 PM to 11:30 PM.
