Villa Canneto boasts an ideal location, with the villa's garden bordering directly on the lake. The historic center of Sirmione is located in the immediate vicinity.

The newly built Villa Canneto consists of 8 units spread over 2 floors. It offers a reception and a beautifully landscaped garden with loungers and umbrellas overlooking the lake. A restaurant and an outdoor pool can be used at the opposite Hotel La Paül.

The studios are approximately 24 m² in size and are equipped with a toilet, shower, balcony, hairdryer, satellite TV, room safe, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, coffee machine, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, heating, air conditioning, induction hob, double bed, and a sofa bed (French bed). They also feature a furnished balcony (upon request, subject to availability and with a surcharge). Additionally, the rooms offer a partial lake view. The studios can accommodate 2-3 people.

Bicycle rental is available for a fee.
