The generously laid-out resort complex features 465 rooms. The open reception area is equipped with a reception desk and seating areas. In addition to the buffet restaurant, a total of eight à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, Bedouin, Mexican, Steak House, Roots Light & Diet (all included), and the "Felucca" serving seafood at a charge) cater to your culinary needs. Refreshments, hot beverages, and snacks are available at the nine bars and one café (at a charge), spread across the complex and the beach, including three adult-only bars. Furthermore, the resort offers a mini-market and a hairdresser.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area boasts a spacious pool landscape with eight pools (six heated in winter) and an aqua park with 18 fun water slides for adults and children. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels (once daily) are included at the pools and on the beach.

The cosily furnished family suites (2FS) are approx. 70 sqm and consist of two separate bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, one with twin beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC, a seating area, and a balcony.
