Location

The Old Palace Resort is located directly on the hotel's own sandy beach in the popular Sahl Hasheesh holiday region. The town center with various shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the marina, is approximately 5 km away. Especially in the evening, the promenade directly next to the hotel invites you for a stroll. Hurghada Airport is approximately 25 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 292 rooms spread across a main building and three annex buildings. The complex also features a reception hall with a reception desk, a spa area, a beauty salon, and various shops. Culinary delights await you in the main restaurant "El Kasr," which offers all meals in buffet style, and in the two à la carte restaurants "Cucina" (Italian cuisine) and "Poncho" (Brazilian cuisine). The offering is rounded off by five bars where you can get drinks throughout the day.
In the well-maintained and spacious garden area, there is a large main pool and a jacuzzi pool (heated in winter). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The friendly decorated double rooms (D) are approx. 37m² in size and feature individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar (refilled once a week with soft drinks included), kettle, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with garden view. Type I is also available (DI).

Double Superior

The Double Superior rooms (DSU), with the same amenities as the double rooms, offer pool or side sea view.
(Also bookable under HRGA50 as single occupancy (DSE), with sea view (DMU) and as single occupancy with sea view (DME).

Double Deluxe Sea View

The Double Deluxe Sea View rooms (DM2) have the same amenities as the double rooms, are more spacious (approx. 47m²), and offer a sea view.

Late risers' breakfast from 11 AM-1 PM. Snacks and ice cream are available for lunch from 2:30-4:30 PM. Coffee/tea and cake are served in the afternoon from 3-5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, tea, and coffee are included from 10 AM-11 PM. A small bottle of water, tea, and coffee (tea/coffee making facilities) are provided in the room daily.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7-10 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30-9:30 PM, all served buffet-style.
Dinner can also be taken in one of the two à la carte restaurants, chosen alternately. The à la carte restaurants are not open every day. They are included only once per stay with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
