Location

The modern hotel is located in Sahl Hasheesh, directly on a gently sloping, kilometer-long sand/stone beach with a house reef offshore. A new bathing jetty makes it easier to enter the water. The deep blue waters of the Red Sea are right on your doorstep, offering ideal conditions for relaxing beach days, while city life is also quickly accessible. The complex is located about 27 km from Hurghada Airport.

Facilities

The newly built hotel has 633 modern rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, lounge, and terrace, as well as various shops.
Several bars, a buffet restaurant, and five à la carte restaurants cater to your culinary needs, offering Italian and Mexican cuisine, Asian dishes, grilled specialties, seafood, and Arabic cuisine to satisfy every taste.
The generously designed hotel complex features four swimming pools (some heated, one is a relaxing pool for adults only) and a children's pool. One pool is equipped with seven different water slides.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The modern rooms with a king-size bed (DSU, approx. 42 sqm) feature a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, free toiletries, cosmetic mirror, coffee and tea facilities, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), minibar (water free daily, rest for a fee), safe. Seating areas, as well as a balcony or terrace are also available.
Available at an additional cost with pool view (DSP) or sea view (DMU). Also bookable as a single room (DEU/ESP/EMU).

Superior Double Room Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single use (MSE).

Superior Double Room Swim-Up

The Swim-Up Double Rooms (DWP) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but have direct access to a shared pool.
Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no lifeguard on duty.
If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision.
Also bookable for single use (EWP).

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF, approx. 55 sqm) consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed or two twin beds and a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds. The bedroom is separated from the living/sleeping area by a door.
Available at an additional cost with pool view (FPD) or sea view (F2D).

Deluxe Family Room Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms (FA2) are equipped like the Deluxe Family Rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite (ES2, approx. 85 sqm) offers a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer, shaving socket, and free toiletries. Remaining amenities as per Superior Double Room.

Family Suite

The Family Suite (2FS, approx. 95 sqm) is equipped with 2 bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed and seating area, one with two single beds and a dressing area. There is a shower and a bathtub in the bathroom; otherwise, the amenities are the same as in the Superior Double Room.

Grand Suite

The Grand Suite (GR2, approx. 116 sqm) has two bedrooms, a dressing area, and two bathrooms. One of them is equipped with a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and free toiletries.
Remaining amenities as per Superior Double Room.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite (RS, approx. 110 sqm) features a queen-size bed, a living room with a dining area, a dressing area, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and free toiletries, separate WC.

Deluxe Family Room Swim-Up

The Deluxe Family Rooms (FSU, approx. 55 sqm) have similar amenities to the Deluxe Family Rooms and additionally offer direct access to a shared pool.

Breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the main restaurant as a buffet.
Continental early bird breakfast from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM in the main restaurant and late riser breakfast from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM in the pool restaurant are available.
Additionally, lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner buffet (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM) are served in the main restaurant.
Alternatively, lunch and dinner can also be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants. While you can have à la carte lunch at the pool and beach restaurants (12:30 PM - 4:00 PM), you can choose from various themed restaurants for dinner, such as Italian, Arabic, Asian, Mexican, and Grill (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM, included once per stay with reservation. For stays of 7-12 nights, included twice; for stays of 13 nights or more, included five times per stay).
A wide selection of drinks is available around the clock at the open bar.
There is also a shisha area (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM, for a fee).
Appropriate attire is requested during meal times, especially in the evening.

Billiards, darts, table tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, water sports, and fitness room (ages 16+).

Horseback riding, padel tennis (ages 16+), and diving and snorkeling.

Children's program

For our younger guests, the Jazy Kids Club (ages 4-12) is open from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM & 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, along with the children's pool and mini disco, providing plenty of fun and variety.
