The newly built hotel impresses with its particularly luxurious atmosphere and is located in the dreamlike bay of Abu Soma, directly on the 300 m long private beach. The beach is characterized by its white sand and the beautiful view over the crystal-clear water of the bay. The nearest town, Safaga, can be reached after approx. 20 km and offers some shops, restaurants, and bars. Hurghada Downtown is about 55 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 50 km away.

The stylish and luxurious resort has 409 generously furnished rooms. The elegant lobby is equipped with a reception and promises an unforgettable holiday from the moment you enter. The buffet restaurant spoils you with international delicacies. For culinary variety, there is the "Dine Around" with four à la carte restaurants where you can enjoy Asian, Oriental, and Italian specialties as well as Mediterranean cuisine (reservations required). The resort also offers several bars.
In the beautiful outdoor area, you will find a spacious pool landscape (heated in winter) with two swimming pools and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge for guests by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Superior Pool View Value Room

The schauinsland-original rooms are modernly furnished (DSP, approx. 50m²) and feature a king-size bed or two single beds, a large bathroom with rain shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily free refill), minibar (water is refilled daily. All other items for a fee), safe (included), balcony or terrace.
When booking this room, customers will receive the following additional amenities:
- 10% discount on one spa treatment per room and stay
- 10% discount on beach cabanas per stay
- Laundry service: 5 items of clothing per stay per room free of charge.
The Double Rooms Superior are located on the first or second floor. The room can also be booked for 2+1 occupancy.

Double Room Superior Partial Sea View

The Double Rooms Superior Partial Sea View (DSS) have queen or twin-size beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer, TV, and a safe. Additionally, the rooms offer a partial sea view.
Also available for an extra charge with frontal sea view (FUM) or with side sea and pool view (DMU).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DE1/EUM/UME).

Double Room Superior Front Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen-Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Rooms Superior and offer a sea view. The rooms have a frontal sea view and are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel.
Also bookable for single occupancy (MSE).

Double Room Superior Grand Partial Sea View

The Superior Rooms Type B (DSB) are approx. 50 sqm and feature a queen-size bed and a seating area that can be converted into a bed. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, safe, minibar (water is refilled daily. All other items for a fee) and a hairdryer. This room type can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. The rooms are located on the first and second floors and offer a partial sea view.
Also bookable for single occupancy (E1S) or with pool and sea view (GD2/G1D).

Family Room Deluxe Pool and Sea View

The Family Rooms Deluxe (F2D) are approx. 60 sqm and feature either a king-size bed or two single beds. These rooms are larger and have two rooms, a main bedroom and a seating area that can be converted into beds, with bathrooms featuring a rain shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, and slippers. Additionally, there is a large separate dressing room with large mirrors. A Smart TV with cable/satellite TV channels, two direct-dial telephones, and a safe are also available in the room. Free tea and coffee making facilities and high-speed internet connection. Minibar (water, daily refill included, other items for a fee). Balcony or terrace.

Executive Suite Private Swim Up Pool

The Executive Suites (X2S) have the same amenities as the Superior rooms with partial sea view, but are larger (approx. 57 sqm), have a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and feature a private swim-up pool. The minibar is refilled daily with water free of charge (soft drinks for a fee). An espresso coffee machine is available.
