Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the Nile Majestic Dahabiya and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Day 1
Arrival and embarkation
Rest of the day at your disposal, including meals and overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 2
 In the early morning, you have the option for an optional hot air balloon ride.
 Breakfast followed by a visit to the West Bank: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3).
Return to the boat for lunch. Tea break during the cruise.
Dinner followed by an entertainment program and overnight stay on an island near Luxor.
Day 3
 Continue sailing to Edfu. Breakfast and lunch during the cruise.
 Visit of the Edfu Temple (1,2,3) followed by sailing to Ramady Island.
Dinner, followed by entertainment and overnight stay on board.
Day 4
In the morning, sailing continues from Ramady Island to Bassaw Island.
Upon arrival on Bassaw Island, a one-hour walk through green fields and discovery of the traditional life of the locals.
Followed by breakfast on board during the onward journey.
Arrival in Kom Ombo with an optional visit to the unusual double temple of Sobek and Horus (1,2,3).
 Back on board, lunch is served during the cruise to Hor Diab Island.
Upon arrival at Hor Diab Island, there is an opportunity to swim in the Nile.
Dinner on board with entertainment program and overnight stay in Aswan.
Day 5
Breakfast followed by an optional visit to the High Dam and Philae Temple (1,2,3), then a Felucca ride (1,2,3) on the Nile
as well as an optional visit to the Nubian village (3).
 Lunch on board
Optional participation in the Sound and Light show at Philae Temple (starts at 7:00 PM).
Dinner, entertainment program, and overnight stay.
Day 6
 Optional excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel including breakfast box (2,3)
Breakfast on board for guests without the Abu Simbel excursion.
 Lunch and subsequent tea break during the return journey to Esna (approx. 14-hour drive)
Dinner followed by entertainment and overnight stay in Esna.
Day 7
 Breakfast and lunch on board, continue sailing from Esna to Luxor (approx. 6 hours)
 Arrival in Luxor, visit of the East Bank: Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3), city tour and visit of the oriental bazaar
 Optional excursion to the Luxor Museum (3).

The Nile Majestic Dahabiya is a 58 m long ship with two upper decks and a sun deck. All cabins offer direct Nile views.
The design combines pharaonic elegance with classic style – inspired by antiquity up to the era of King Farouk. The ship has 16 cabins spread over two decks. Onboard, you will find an elegant buffet restaurant, cozy retreats such as a reading corner, and a spacious sun deck with a pool area and a comfortable bar.

The Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel, particularly popular with regular guests, is located on the first beachfront of Hurghada, on one of the most popular coastal stretches in the region. The generously designed complex is situated on a 400-meter-long private sandy beach with turquoise-blue water. Together with the two Steigenberger sister hotels, the resort is located directly on the "ALDAU Art Promenade" with various shops and restaurants, as well as the Elements Club & Lounge. The lively town center of Hurghada, the well-known "Sakalla," is about 10 km away. Hurghada Airport is approximately 6 km away.

The schauinsland-reisen original rooms (DLM) have the same amenities as the Superior Suite Sea View and are guaranteed to be on the 4th floor, offering a breathtaking sea view.

The View Suite

The View Suite (S2) is approximately 115 m² and equipped with an open-plan bathroom with shower and whirlpool, separate WC, a separate guest WC, RFID door lock, an open living area, a bedroom, limited Wi-Fi for max. 3 devices per room, an espresso machine, and a large balcony with sun loungers and seating. The suites have sea views. These rooms are adults-only.

Executive Suite
