The hotel is located directly on the Nile and is only a 10-minute walk from Luxor Temple. Luxor International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away.

The hotel, part of the well-known Iberotel chain, has a total of 185 rooms. 100 Superior rooms with Nile view and 85 Standard rooms with lobby or street view.
The spacious lobby houses the reception, and the garden area features a swimming pool (heated in winter). Further amenities include a main restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants, 2 bars, and a coffee shop.
