Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Then the ship continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an option for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on-site).

Departure.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three onboard bars. Additionally, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner available. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship offers a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests onboard. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the breathtaking views of the landscape along the Nile.

The friendly furnished Suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the Suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
On the balcony of the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs.

Single Suites

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the Suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) have the same amenities as the Suites, are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm), and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

Location

The Jaz Lamaya hotel is located in a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals, some of which reach the shore, offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. The access to the sea is about 150m from the hotel. A jetty leads directly into the water at the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib and to Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

This resort complex was specially designed for a relaxing family holiday. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-Oriental style and has a total of 389 rooms, spread across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel features a stylish lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking section, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater. In the extensive outdoor area, there is a generously designed pool landscape with four swimming pools (three of which are heated in winter), a separate children's pool (heated in winter), a hangout area, and a beach/pool bar, as well as a new food court on the beach with snacks, drinks, and desserts. Free beach towels, loungers, and umbrellas are available at the hotel's private beach and by the pools. The Coraya Aqua Park is within walking distance and will make children's hearts beat faster.
