Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).

Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.

Day 7:

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and the three bars on board serving cool drinks. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship has a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites and possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The Jaz Amara resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach section in the first row of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for the settlement of turtles and has a house reef that invites snorkeling and diving. Your holiday accommodation is about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping facilities with bars and restaurants can be found at the port of Port Ghalib (approx. 5 kilometers away).

The stylishly built hotel complex has a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the complex. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort surprises with a very appealing, elegant design and was conceived very generously. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay, and features a reception with various seating areas and a lobby bar. The outdoor area has a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. Seven different pools await you, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests in the pool area and on the private beach section, bath and beach towels are already in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex has a spacious fitness studio on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. The hotel's own Mivida Spa is directly adjacent (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are available.

Superior Double Room Guaranteed Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Premium Swim-up Double Room

The Premium Swim-up Double Rooms (DWP) are bookable as schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms and have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with direct access to the shared pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also offer the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket in the rooms upon arrival
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, plus 2 bathrobes, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and various Arabic pastries.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are larger (approx. 56sqm), and are suitable for families due to their layout (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Also available with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as swim-up (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150sqm) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive Suites also have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool.

Royal Suite

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7 AM-10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM-2:30 PM), and dinner (7 PM-10 PM) in buffet style. Additionally, a late riser's breakfast is available from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. Guests also have access to two à la carte restaurants (reservations required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), but are then subject to a charge: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes or teppanyaki. The à la carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Tea time is offered from 12:30 PM to 5 PM.
