Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Kleos and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Sailing to Edfu in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit the Temple of Kom Ombo (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the option to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the option to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked locally).

Departure.

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three different decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and generously designed reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Two bars provide refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also offers ample loungers for relaxation, as well as a generously designed pool with two integrated whirlpools.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Drinks are available for a fee.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with belly dancers, Galabeya parties, folklore shows, and a late-night disco.

Cabin

The tastefully furnished cabins (17 m²) have a bathroom with a bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, and safe. All cabins also feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a French balcony.

Single occupancy cabin

With the same furnishings as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 11m²) and with only one bed.

Booking note: Please note that for an outward or return flight to/from Hurghada or Marsa Alam, at least one overnight stay in a hotel is required before or after the Nile cruise.
No overnight stay is necessary for a flight to/from Luxor.

The Jaz Amara resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach in the first row of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for its turtle population and has a house reef perfect for snorkeling and diving. Your holiday accommodation is approximately 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping facilities with bars and restaurants can be found at the port of Port Ghalib (about 5 kilometers away).

The stylishly constructed hotel complex has a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the complex. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very appealing, elegant design and was conceived very generously. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay and features a reception with various seating areas as well as a lobby bar. The outdoor area boasts a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. Seven different pools await you, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests in the pool area and on the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex has a spacious gym on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Directly adjacent is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are available.

Double Room Superior

The friendly furnished Double Rooms Superior (DSU, approx. 51m²) have a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two twin beds. There is also a tea and coffee station in the room. The rooms have a terrace or balcony. Also available as Pool (DSP), Side Sea View (DSS) and Sea View (DMU). Also available for single use.

Double Room Superior guaranteed top floor sea view

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms (MSA) are furnished like the Double Rooms Superior and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. Also available for single use (MSE).

Double Room Premium Swim-up

The Double Rooms Premium Swim-up (DWP) are bookable as Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but with direct access to the shared pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also offer the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the rooms
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, plus 2 bathrobes, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and various Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included once more (Teppanyaki restaurant is excluded; in all other rooms, the à la carte restaurants are included only once).

Double Deluxe

The Double Deluxe (DD2) rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior but are larger (approx. 56m²) and, due to their layout (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area), are suitable for families. Also available with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as swim-up (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150m²) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive Suites also have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool. The rooms are located on the first floor.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153m² in size and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a king-size bed and a dining area. The rooms also have a spacious terrace with access to a private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea view.

Double Room Superior Premium (RMFA45)

With otherwise the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (7 PM - 10 PM) in buffet style. A late riser's breakfast is also available from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. In addition, two à la carte restaurants are available to guests (reservations required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), and afterwards for a fee: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or teppanyaki. The à la carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Tea time is served from 12:30 PM to 5 PM. Various bars offer refreshments and snacks during the day, such as "La Vista Pool Snack Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), "Splash Pool Bar", "Fantasia Lobby Bar", and "Bay View Beach Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
