In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed with a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool, enjoying the fantastic views of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise identically equipped to the suites, but with only a single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-sections „True Beach Resort“ (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic Boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a beautiful stretch of coastline with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water in the first beach line. Offshore coral reefs invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arab accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort", which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The resort has a total of 158 rooms, spread across both sections, and features a spacious lobby with a reception and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar". The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex and also serve as swim-up pools for the rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the pool bar "Scarab Bar" as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to a Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and an Asian restaurant "NORI", both located on the beach. On the beach, guests will also find the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar". Furthermore, guests of the Village section also have access to the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The resort also features the pool bar "Maya", a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area.
