In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship features a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

The cheerfully furnished suites (S2) are approximately 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approximately 13 m² and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same amenities as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and may not have a French balcony and a seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a dreamlike stretch of coastline with a bay in front with crystal-clear water in the first beach row. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sub-areas, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The complex has a total of 158 rooms, distributed across both sub-areas, and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar “True Lobby Bar” with seating both indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is a rooftop bar, "Sama Bar". The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 main pools that run throughout the complex and also serve as the pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the pool bar “Scarab Bar,” the Oriental restaurant “El Tawla,” and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village area also have access to the Greek restaurant “ILIOS” and the Asian restaurant “NORI,” both located on the beach. On the beach, guests will also find the bars “ILIOS Bar” and “Salt Bar.” Furthermore, guests of the Village area have access to the main restaurant “El Manzil” and the fish restaurant “Ritsa” (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The complex also features the pool bar “Maya,” a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. With the same amenities as the 2SU, these (W2Q) are located on the beach and have direct access to the swim-up pool (heated) and direct sea view.
