The "Jaz Elite Negma", which will open its doors for the first time in Summer 2026, is located directly on the gently sloping beach of the picturesque "Marsa Mares Bay". The bay is popular with divers for its rich underwater world. The lively coastal town of Port Ghalib, known for its diverse shopping opportunities, cozy bars, and restaurants, is only about 5 kilometers away and invites you for a relaxing stroll. The transfer time from Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.

Facilities

The modern and elegant hotel has 336 rooms and suites and features a reception area with a reception desk, a lobby bar, a pool bar, and a beach bar. Treat yourself to first-class cuisine offering a wide selection of local and international dishes, with a main restaurant and 3 specialty restaurants offering a wide selection of characteristic dishes from exotic cuisines, carefully prepared to present guests with the diverse spices of the continents right at their table. The stylish outdoor area features 3 pools with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms with pool view (2DF) are approx. 56m² and feature a bath/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone (for a fee), and balcony or terrace. The children's sleeping area is separated by a door.
Also bookable at an additional charge with pool view (FPD) or with side sea view (F2D).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (ESM) are approx. 68m² and feature a bath/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone (for a fee), and balcony or terrace.

Deluxe Family Room Swim Up
