Location

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the magnificent, hotel-owned lagoon sandy beach, offering perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty facilitates entry into deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style and has 203 rooms and suites spread across various buildings. The complex features a reception area with seating and an adjoining outdoor terrace. The outdoor area of the complex boasts five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adults-only pool (Oasis Pool), as well as an island pool and a kids' pool (all pools are heated in winter). Restaurants include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves as an international à la carte restaurant until the evening and an Italian à la carte restaurant in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the resort offers a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

Double Room Superior

The modernly furnished rooms (DSU, approx. 40 sqm) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, seating area, and balcony.
Also available for single occupancy (DEU) and single with child (1DS).

The family rooms (2FA), with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a bunk bed.

Family Suite

The rooms (2FS) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but are larger (approx. 50 sqm) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

Junior Pool Suite

Super Saver Room

Same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but with a limited quota and special price (SSZ).
Also available for single occupancy (SSE).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites are larger (ES2, approx. 70 sqm) with similar amenities to the Double Rooms Superior. The rooms have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace.
Also bookable as a swim-up room with direct access to the shared pool (EXG).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 sqm). Additionally, these rooms have access to the shared swim-up pool. Also available for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approximately 45 sqm and, with similar amenities to the Double Rooms, feature a terrace. The rooms are located in close proximity to the beach.
For an additional charge, also bookable with direct access to a private pool (BSD).

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approximately 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. In addition to otherwise similar amenities, the rooms feature a balcony with a jacuzzi and a sea view.

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast with coffee and tea, as well as various freshly squeezed juices (7-10:30 AM and late riser breakfast 10:30-11 AM included upon request), lunch (1 PM-3 PM), and dinner (7 PM-10 PM) in buffet style. If needed, the following à la carte restaurants are also fully included (subject to availability with prior reservation): "Basilico" (7 AM-10:30 AM à la carte breakfast, 12:30 PM-5 PM international cuisine, 7 PM-10 PM Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30 PM to 10 PM and offers Asian cuisine. Coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3 PM to 5 PM at the "Indigo Bar." A midnight snack is available for guests from 11 PM to 1 AM in the Boscage Restaurant. Local non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock at one of the seven different bars (one bar is adults only). Local alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM to 12 AM.

Not included in All-Inclusive

Imported alcoholic beverages are subject to a charge. Also, shisha in the evening.

Sports included

An indoor fitness studio with various CrossFit equipment is available free of charge from 8 AM to 8 PM. The minimum age for the fitness studio is 16 years. Additionally, there is a tennis court (available upon request and subject to availability, floodlights at a fee), beach volleyball, darts, boccia, mini-golf, sunset meditation, water aerobics, and aerobics.

Sports for a fee

German-speaking diving base (International Diving), various water sports activities on the beach (local providers, for a fee).

Children's program

For the little holidaymakers, the SUNRISE Kids Planet Club is available (kids club multilingual, including German). It caters to children aged 3-12 years and is open every day of the week. The resort also has a children's pool, a mini disco, and a separate area in the buffet restaurant. Babysitter services are available upon request for a fee.

Wellness

The spa area (10 AM to 7 PM) includes a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, and Turkish bath, and also offers various massages. The spa area is accessible for a fee and for guests aged 16 and over. In the beauty salon, guests will find a hairdresser and various beauty treatments such as manicures/pedicures.

The resort offers daily varied entertainment with evening shows and live music.
