Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab bohemian style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a fantastic stretch of coastline with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sections: "True Beach Resort," particularly suitable for families, and "True Beach Village," an adults-only area for guests aged 16 and over. The resort has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and the "True Lobby Bar" with indoor and outdoor seating (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is the "Sama Bar" rooftop bar. The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by an extensive water landscape and features a total of 4 main pools that run through the entire complex and also serve the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool area, you'll find the "Scarab Bar" pool bar, the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. Beach bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar" are also available. Furthermore, guests of the Village section can use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. Additionally, the resort features the "Maya" pool bar, a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as several shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The Swim Up Suites (2SU) are approx. 47 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water upon arrival, water refilled daily), kettle, espresso machine (4 capsules included), and safe, a seating area, and a terrace. The rooms offer direct access to the communal pool (heated).

With the same amenities as the 2SU, these suites (W2Q) are located on the beach and offer access to the swim-up pool (heated) and direct sea views.

Junior Suite Sea View (Adult Only)

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are approx. 47 sqm, located on the first floor, and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water upon arrival, water refilled daily), kettle, espresso machine (4 capsules included), and safe (included), a seating area, and a balcony. The Jacuzzi Rooftop rooms (SRT, approx. 87 sqm) are located on the first floor and feature a terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi and partial sea view. Young Traveler Room

Main restaurant "El Manzil" with buffet service in the resort area for breakfast (7-10 am, times may vary depending on the season), late risers' breakfast (10-11 am, times may vary depending on the season), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm, times may vary depending on the season), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm winter season, 7-10 pm summer season).
Alternatively, an à la carte breakfast is available daily in the Village area (adults only) at the Greek restaurant.
Snacks are offered from 10:30 am to 5 pm in the outdoor area. Tea time from 3-4 pm with cake and pastries in the lobby bar. Additionally, the following à la carte restaurants are included daily: Seafood Restaurant "Ritsa" (located in the resort area, included once per stay, reservation required, may not be open daily depending on occupancy), Greek Restaurant "ILIOS," Oriental Restaurant "El Tawla," and Asian Fusion Restaurant "NORI" (reservation required, two of the restaurants are open depending on the day of the week, from 7-10 pm, opening hours may vary depending on the season). The following bars are available: "True Lobby Bar," "Maya Pool Bar" (resort area), "Sama Bar" rooftop bar (resort area), "Scarab Bar" pool bar (Village area), "Salt Bar" (beach bar), and "ILIOS" Bar (beachfront) (the last three mentioned bars are in the Village area). Opening hours vary by bar. Local alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to midnight, and non-alcoholic beverages from 6 am to midnight. A midnight snack is offered after midnight.
The minibar is stocked with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water upon arrival. Water is refilled daily.
