Location

The Castello Beach Hotel is in a dream location in the northwest of the island of Praslin, directly on three white, fine-sandy, gently sloping bays of "Anse Kerlan". Shops and entertainment can be found in the town of "Grand Anse", approx. 5 km away. Transfer from Mahé airport takes approx. 20 minutes to the harbor, then a ferry to Praslin island (approx. 75 minutes) and finally a drive of approx. 20 minutes from the harbor to the hotel.

Facilities

The small, family-friendly resort with a cozy ambiance offers three single-story buildings with a total of 26 units. Facilities include a reception area with a seating area and a bar with a breathtaking view of unforgettable sunsets. Culinary delights of international and local cuisine are served in the "Sea View Restaurant". The tropical outdoor area features an infinity freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

During high tide, the sunbathing and swimming options on the hotel beach are limited. Water shoes are recommended.
Please note that a sustainability fee will be charged locally. This fee is payable in cash to the hotel per person per night and currently ranges from €1.80 to €7.20 (depending on the size of the hotel). Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this regulation.
For your international inbound and outbound flights to/from Mahé, ferry times must be observed for hotel bookings on the neighboring islands (e.g., Praslin/La Digue). If you arrive after 1 p.m. or depart before 12 p.m., a transfer to/from Praslin/La Digue cannot be guaranteed. In case of arrival/departure outside the above-mentioned times due to flight delays, bad weather, or long immigration waits, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay in Mahé for you. If your booked flight times fall outside the above-mentioned periods, please book an overnight stay in Mahé through your travel agent.
