Location

The Les Laurier Eco Hotel, a family-run establishment, is located on the Gold Coast of Praslin, approximately 100 meters from the beautiful white sand beach of "Anse Volbert". Numerous restaurants and shops are within a few minutes' walk. The transfer involves a approximately 20-minute drive from Mahé airport to the ferry terminal, followed by a ferry trip to Praslin Island (approx. 75 minutes), and then a roughly 15-minute drive from the port to your hotel.

Facilities

The eco-friendly hotel places great emphasis on sustainability and an ecological environment. It features 20 accommodation units spread throughout the lovingly landscaped garden. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk (open during specific hours) and a souvenir shop. For dining, the buffet restaurant "Les Lauriers" offers grilled specialties and Creole delicacies. Additionally, a café bar, a pool bar, and a main bar are available for cool refreshments. The beautifully landscaped garden area boasts a paradise-like pool landscape with a sun terrace for relaxation and unwinding. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge.

During high tide, the sunbathing and swimming opportunities on the hotel beach may be limited.
Please note that an ecological sustainability fee is charged locally. This fee is payable in cash directly to the hotel per person per night and currently ranges from approximately €1.80 to €7.20 (depending on the size of the hotel). Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this regulation.
For your international inbound and return flights to/from Mahé, ferry times must be observed for hotel bookings on the neighboring islands (e.g., Praslin/La Digue). If you arrive after 1 PM or depart before 12 PM, a transfer to/from Praslin/La Digue cannot be guaranteed. In case of arrival/departure outside the aforementioned times due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended waiting times for immigration, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay in Mahé for you. If your booked flight times fall outside the specified periods, please book an overnight stay in Mahé through your travel agent.
