Location

The new Anaya Resort Zanzibar, scheduled to open in June 2026, is located on the stunning northeast coast of Zanzibar, near the authentic village of Pwani Mchangani. Nestled within lush tropical gardens, it offers guests a place of tranquility and exclusivity, situated directly on a turquoise lagoon. Abeid Amani Karume International Airport is approximately a 60-minute drive away.

Facilities

The Anaya Resort Zanzibar meets the highest standards for discerning travelers, offering a premium all-inclusive concept and guaranteeing a worry-free stay. It combines culinary diversity, excellent service, and exclusive amenities in an exceptional ambiance. The resort features 132 spacious and elegantly designed rooms, spread across 18 pavilions, each housing 6 or 8 units. Five restaurants offer a varied, high-quality cuisine, and all services are included in the all-inclusive concept: "Ladha" – main restaurant with international buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), "Mawimbi" (lunch and dinner) inspired by spicy tropical cuisine, "Nzuri" – Mediterranean cuisine, fresh and aromatic (open for lunch and dinner), "Raha" (open for dinner) - a stylish restaurant focusing on fish and seafood, and "Nyota Lounge Bar" – an elegant, relaxed open-air atmosphere with snacks, tapas, and South American-inspired ceviches. Prestige Garden Double Room (2P)

The modern and brightly decorated Prestige Garden Double Rooms (approx. 55m²) are very spacious and feature a king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa or armchair, as well as air conditioning, TV, and telephone. The comfortable bathrooms are equipped with a shower and hairdryer. A minibar and safe are available free of charge (minibar refilled upon arrival, see AI description). All rooms have a balcony or terrace with garden views.
Also available for single occupancy (1P).

Premium Sea View Double Room (2PM)

Same amenities as the Prestige Garden Double Rooms, with the additional feature of sea views. Also available for single occupancy (1PM)
