Location

The resort belonging to the well-known "JAZ" hotel chain is located on the famous Uroa Beach with its dazzling white sand, on the east coast of the island. From the hotel, you can reach Uroa, a picturesque fishing village with generous and hospitable people, after a short walk. The capital city of Zanzibar, Stone Town, is approx. 37 km away. The transfer time is about 40 minutes.

The fantastically beautiful hotel complex in African style will open freshly renovated on 1.3.2026 and is for guests aged 16 and over. The Adults Only resort has 211 rooms set in a tropical garden, housed in several three-story buildings. The spacious lobby welcomes guests with a relaxed, stylish atmosphere. Culinary delights await at the main restaurant "Amani" with its varied international buffets, live cooking stations, and themed evenings. Additionally, the à la carte beach restaurant "Mareya" offers fresh seafood in an exclusive setting. Five different bars – including the elegant "Zuri" bar, the cozy lobby bar "Raha", the lively pool bar "Nuri-Nuri", and the relaxed beach bar "Baraka" – provide cool drinks day and night in ever-new settings. Two generous pools, one for relaxation and one as the main pool, along with sun terraces with loungers, umbrellas, and towels, complete the picture.

All rooms have been modernized and renovated, are approx. 24 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, TV, minibar (for a fee), balcony or terrace with garden view. The rooms are equipped with a king-size or twin beds (DSU). Pool (DSP) or sea view (DMU) bookable for an additional charge. Also bookable for single occupancy.

Junior Suite Garden View

The elegantly and modernly furnished 34 sqm Junior Suites with garden view feature a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, TV, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony (JS2).
