Location

Located in the heart of the Medina Mediterranea (Medina = old town) of Hamamet-Yasmine with its many varied entertainment options. Nearby are various architectural attractions of Tunisia, such as the artists' village of Sidi Bou Said, which is part of the Residence Diar Lemdina, and the large gate of Bab Zouila - originally located in Mahdia - which is replicated as an entrance gate.
The fine sandy beach (sun loungers included) and the promenade of Yasmine are approximately 300 m away. The original old town of Hammamet is about 13 km away. Enfidha Airport is approximately 40 km away.

The comfortable residence consists of 3 building sections with a total of 240 rooms, spread across the Medina Mediterranea. Building section El Bousten houses the lobby, 1 elevator for all guests of the residence, and a beautiful outdoor pool set in a courtyard (sun loungers, parasols included, towels for a deposit). Building section Erriadh features a very lovely outdoor pool surrounded by olive trees. A heated indoor pool and a fitness room are located in building section Sidi Bou Said, which is architecturally inspired by the artist village of the same name. A dining room is available for breakfast and dinner. Accommodation will be provided in one of the 3 building sections, subject to availability. All sections offer direct access to the old town with its winding alleys and squares, which house the bazaar, restaurants, cafés, a disco bar, a supermarket, a public steam bath, museums, and the Carthageland theme park.
Sun loungers and parasols are included on the beach, as is the beach bar (open during the summer months, drinks and snacks).

The friendly and comfortably furnished studios have a combined living/sleeping area with air conditioning/heating (seasonal, subject to change), bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe (rental), balcony or terrace, and a fully equipped kitchenette (S12).

Plenty of fun for all ages is guaranteed. The theme park is open on weekends, and during school holidays, the Carthageland theme park is open continuously. Furthermore, a visit to the museum is worthwhile. There you can be enchanted by the 1001 Nights Palace.
