The hotel is located directly on a beautiful, fine sandy beach. The center of Hammamet is about one kilometer away. A bus stop is reachable in 150m. Shops are in the immediate vicinity. Enfidha Airport is about 45 km away.

The hotel has 376 rooms spread over 3 floors and offers a lobby with reception, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, 2 elevators and an indoor pool (heated in winter, closed in summer). The outdoor area has 2 swimming pools with children's pools and a pool bar, sun loungers and umbrellas at the beach and by the pool are included, towels for a fee. The pool bar is closed in winter.
