Directly on the long, fine sandy beach of Sousse. The town center with numerous shops is approx. 1 km away. Due to its location directly on the promenade, it is within walking distance. Enfidha Airport is approx. 40 km away.

The well-known, upscale mid-range hotel is appealing due to its central and direct beach location and an impressive swimming pool landscape amidst a palm garden. The fully air-conditioned hotel has a total of 650 rooms, 9 floors, a lobby with reception (rental safes) and seating areas, elevators, a large lobby bar, an American bar, a Moorish café, a dining room, a themed restaurant, a shopping arcade, a hairdresser, a disco, a spa center (for a fee), and an indoor pool. In the magnificent palm garden, you'll find the sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and the large freshwater pool area with swimming channels and a separate children's pool. Loungers, umbrellas, and cushions are included by the pool and on the beach. Towels are available for a deposit.
