The 5-star Desert Nights Resort is situated amidst 10 hectares of silken desert sand. It is the only luxury desert camp in Oman.

The Desert Nights Resort promises the ultimate desert holiday. Stay in one of the 55 luxurious Bedouin-style tents or one of the 33 double rooms and experience how traditional Arabic elements blend with modern amenities.
In addition to traditional accommodation options, the restaurants also offer a touch of Arabic tradition. The "Resort Restaurant" serves a mix of Omani specialties and international dishes prepared with fresh, regional ingredients.
Open-air dinners are particularly unforgettable, where guests can marvel at the clear starry sky while enjoying a typical Omani barbecue.

Double Room Deluxe

The Double Rooms Deluxe (DD2/DD1) are approx. 31 sqm in size and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, coffee machine, tea maker, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony.

Deluxe Villa

The comfortably furnished Deluxe Villa (2DV/1DV) is approx. 45 sqm and resembles a Bedouin-style tent. The villa features a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, coffee machine, tea maker, mini-fridge, and a furnished terrace.

Premium Villa

The Premium Villa (V12/V11) has the same amenities as the Deluxe Villa, is approx. 51 sqm, and additionally features a cappuccino machine and high-quality toiletries.

Pool Villa

The Pool Villa (2PV) is approx. 127 sqm and, with the same amenities as the Premium Villa, additionally features a private pool on the terrace.
Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no direct swimming supervision.
If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for their supervision.

In the Sultanate of Oman, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two queen-size or 2 single beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 child, accommodation will be with 1 king-size bed and, depending on availability, an extra bed/sofa bed (partially for a fee). Local customs and etiquette:
Omanis are known for their warmth and hospitality. Visitors should respect local customs by dressing conservatively, especially at religious sites. Public displays of affection are generally avoided, and loud or disruptive behavior is discouraged.
Photography and drones:
Always ask for permission before photographing people. Avoid taking pictures of government buildings and military sites. Flying drones without a license is illegal.
Alcohol and e-cigarettes:
Alcohol can be purchased and consumed in licensed venues such as hotels and restaurants, with the legal minimum drinking age being 21. Visitors may also purchase at the airport duty-free. Public intoxication is prohibited. E-cigarettes are illegal in Oman.

Seasonal information

During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations. Hotels also use this time for maintenance and minor renovation work, during which disruptions such as pool closures may occur. Furthermore, some restaurants may be closed as meals are not served everywhere.
The hotel's entertainment program will be cancelled or limited.
During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public places are prohibited.
