The resort is located directly in the center of Seminyak. Shops and entertainment venues are just a short walk away. Petitenget Beach is approx. 0.5 km away. The transfer time to the international airport is approx. 40 minutes.

The resort has a total of 71 rooms and villas. Amenities include a lobby with reception and seating areas. For culinary well-being, there is the "Dong Oman" restaurant, furnished in Balinese style, serving international cuisine, and "Buddha's Lounge" serving various snacks. Additionally, there is an integrated pool bar at the main pool. In the tropical garden landscape, a total of 3 swimming pools are available. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the swimming pools.

The Double Deluxe Pool View rooms are approx. 32m² in size and feature a bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, and a balcony with seating.

Double Deluxe Pool Access

The Double Deluxe Pool Access rooms, with the same size and amenities as the Double Deluxe Pool View, additionally feature a rain shower and have direct pool access.

Signature Suite

The suites (renovated in 2025) have the same amenities as the Double Deluxe Pool View, are larger (approx. 52m²), and feature a bathtub and a furnished terrace.

Restrictions due to Balinese holiday Nyepi

The "Nyepi Day", also known as the "Day of Silence", is the most important holiday in Bali.
During this time (24 hours), strict rules apply that severely restrict tourism.
The date is based on the lunar calendar and usually falls in March.
On the Day of Silence, arrival and departure are not possible, and the airport is also closed.
