Location

The 4-star Safari Island Resort is located in the heart of the Ari Atoll and covers an area of approximately 30,000 m². The island is surrounded by a stunning white sandy beach, a crystal-clear turquoise lagoon, and a house reef teeming with magnificent underwater life (approximately 7-8 meters from the beach). The transfer from Male Airport by seaplane takes about 25 minutes; the island is located about 60 km from Male.

Your holiday resort promises a stay in a relaxed atmosphere. It features a total of 84 rooms, located both on land and on stilts over the water. Amenities include an open reception area with a front desk, a souvenir shop, and the main restaurant serving international cuisine with unforgettable views, a bar, and a coffee shop. A small swimming pool provides variety and relaxation. Sun loungers, beach towels, and parasols are available here free of charge. A special feature of this resort includes safaris on a traditional yet comfortably equipped wooden boat (for a fee).

The attractively furnished Beach Bungalows are 45 m² in size and feature a bathtub, separate shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, satellite TV, telephone, and a furnished terrace (SBZ/SEB/RSB).

Semi Water Bungalow

With the same amenities and size, these bungalows also feature a terrace partially built on stilts over the water, with direct sea access and sea views (WA2/WA3).

Water Bungalow

With the same amenities and size, they additionally feature a glass-bottom table and are entirely built over the water with direct sea access (2WB/3WB).

With Half Board booked, enjoy breakfast and dinner buffet-style. With Full Board booked, lunch is also included. With Half Board+ booked, guests receive breakfast and dinner buffet-style, plus a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks between 8 AM and midnight.

Unlimited drinks: bottled water, carbonated soft drinks (Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta Orange, Bitter Lemon, Tonic Water, Soda Water, and Iced Tea), juice (orange, pineapple, apple, mango, grapefruit, and tomato), beer, house wine (red, white & rosé), local spirits, cocktails, tea, and regular coffee are served by the glass at the bar. Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operates for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operates for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
The seaplane transfer may include 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or longer immigration waiting times, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a double occupancy with 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Consequently, it's possible that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child may have to sleep in the parents' bed. Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), as well as usually domestic flights, only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

Luggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat.
