Location

This dream resort, with many returning guests from German-speaking countries, is located in the still largely untouched Baa Atoll, surrounded by white, fine-sanded, wide beaches on a 660m long and 290m wide, private barefoot island in the north of the Maldives. Nature lovers will get their money's worth with a snorkeling or diving experience in the colorful house reef directly in front of the island. The transfer time from Male International Airport by seaplane is approx. 40 minutes.

The stylish resort complex with a "Robinson Crusoe feeling" is set amidst lush vegetation and features 98 villas. For culinary delights, the buffet restaurant "Cowrie" offers international cuisine with various live cooking stations. A special highlight is the à la carte restaurant "Cornus" with Thai cuisine, other Asian specialties, and grilled dishes. Two bars, a boutique, a library, and a souvenir shop complete the offering.

Accommodation

Beach Villa

Built in Maldivian style with thatched roofs, these Beach Villas are spacious 87 sqm and located directly on the beach. They consist of a bedroom, a seating area, and a small work area. Furthermore, the rooms feature an open bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning and ceiling fan, telephone, safe, coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with loungers. Most of the furniture in the cozily designed villas is produced directly on the island in the in-house carpentry workshop. Speedboat: Operates for estimated arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
The seaplane transfer may involve 1-2 intermediate stops.
For arrival/departure outside the above-mentioned times, in case of bad weather, or longer waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may need to be booked.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a booking of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. All flight transfers and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) are only carried out during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male (near the airport) may be necessary.
