Location

The resort is located in the South Ari Atoll and features beautiful flora and fauna with a breathtaking house reef offering excellent snorkeling opportunities. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 25 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

The new resort, designed in a timeless style, offers a unique ambiance and is perfectly tailored to the needs of its guests. Modern technology is combined with elegant luxury in a total of 76 villas spread across the island. Amenities include a 24-hour reception with seating areas. For culinary delights, with a focus on "Healthy Food" and local products, there are several restaurants. The "Soul Kitchen" restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, and the "Flames" restaurant serves delicacies from Neptune's realm. Cool refreshments are served at 2 bars: the main bar "WINK," where guests can dance to funky beats from the DJ in the evenings, and the pool bar "Solis." In the lushly planted garden area, the swimming pool with its sun terrace invites relaxation and lingering. Umbrellas, sun loungers with cushions, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villas are approximately 80 m² and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, Apple TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and a terrace with seating and direct beach access. Villas on the sunset side of the island are also available for an additional charge. As of November 1, 2025, they can also be booked as Promo Beach Villas, subject to availability and with the same features.

Sunset Beach Villa Jacuzzi

The Sunset Beach Villas Jacuzzi have the same amenities and size as the Beach Villas, but also feature a Jacuzzi and are located on the sunset side of the island.

Water Villa

The Water Villas have the same amenities as the Beach Villas but are larger (125 m²) and additionally feature a bathtub and direct lagoon access.

Water Villa Jacuzzi

The Water Villas Jacuzzi have the same amenities and size as the Water Villas, but also feature a Jacuzzi.

Sunset Beach Villa with Pool

The Beach Villas with Pool are approximately 160 m² and are located directly on the beach on the sunset side. The villas feature an open-plan bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and an outdoor living area. A Jacuzzi and a private pool are also available.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the "Soul Kitchen" restaurant. Drinks (water, soft drinks, tea, and coffee) are included during meals. Guests receive a 20% discount on food in the à la carte restaurants.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the "Soul Kitchen" restaurant; alternatively, dinner is served in menu form at the "Flames" restaurant (reservation required). Additionally, brunch (10 AM - 11 AM) and afternoon tea (4 PM - 5 PM) are available at "Wink." Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the open bar (10 AM - 12 AM). Daily refill of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages in the minibar. Complimentary snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Speedboat: Operations for estimated arrival/departure between 5 AM and 11 PM. // Domestic flight: Operations for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM. // Seaplane: Operations for arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or for extended waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently most domestic flights only operate during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a booking of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Consequently, it may happen that a child has to sleep in the parents' bed when 2 adults + 1 or 2 children are in one room! An extra bed cannot be guaranteed in advance and will be assigned on-site subject to availability.
