Location

Velassaru Maldives is idyllically situated on a private coral island in the heart of the South Malé Atoll, surrounded by turquoise waters and pristine nature. Beach Villa with Pool

The 30 Beach Villas with Pool (approx. 116 m²) offer modern living directly on the beach, designed with natural materials. Spacious bathrooms and open-air showers create a particularly airy feel. Each villa features a private plunge pool and otherwise has the same amenities as the Deluxe Villas. (VPZ)

Water Bungalow with Pool

The 17 Water Bungalows with Pool (approx. 80 m²) combine Maldivian overwater charm with modern, natural design elements. Floor-to-ceiling, foldable glass fronts open up the view to the lagoon and allow the indoor and outdoor areas to merge. On the private sun deck, a private pool invites you to relax over the water. The Velassaru Indulgence package includes a first-class culinary experience and numerous extras. Enjoy a varied lunch at the Turquoise Restaurant, the Fen Bar, or the Chill Bar. For dinner, a selection awaits you in one of the resort's excellent restaurants (reservations may be required).
Between 11 AM and midnight, an extended selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available free of charge in all open bars. This includes soft drinks, fresh juices, water, house beer, and a selection of wines and spirits.
Furthermore, the package includes complimentary use of snorkeling equipment, two hours of ocean kayaking daily, and other amenities for a completely carefree stay.

Sports included

Tennis, fitness studio and Pilates room with equipment, yoga, guided snorkeling tours to the house reef, snorkeling equipment, morning boat trips between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM four times a week.

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operation for estimated arrival/departure between 5 AM and 11 PM.
Domestic flight: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM.
Seaplane: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfers, there may be 1-2 intermediate landings.
If arriving/departing outside the above times, due to bad weather, or longer waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.
