Location

The JW Mariott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort is located in the South Male Atoll, an easily accessible atoll. The island, measuring approximately 600m x 200m, impresses with its breathtaking location on a private island, surrounded by crystal-clear, turquoise blue water and white sandy beaches. Guests of the JW Mariott Maldives can explore the colorful coral reefs and rich marine life right on their doorstep. The island can be reached from the airport in approximately 15 minutes by speedboat.

The resort, newly opened in early 2025, offers a total of 80 rooms and provides the highest level of luxury. In addition to the reception area, the complex features a boutique shop. A highlight is the JW garden, where their own fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc. are grown. The resort has a total of four restaurants and two bars. For culinary delights, in addition to the main restaurant serving international cuisine, there is the gourmet restaurant "Riva" serving Indian dishes, "Athiri" offering South American cuisine, and "PURE" impressing with regional dishes made from ingredients from the in-house JW garden.
Three large swimming pools (one of which is adults-only) complete the extensive offerings. Umbrellas, sun loungers with cushions, and beach towels are available free of charge at the beach and by the pools.

Accommodation

Overwater Pool Villa

The villas, approximately 155 sqm, are modernly furnished and feature a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and an additional outdoor shower, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), complimentary water, safe, iron, slippers, and a private pool with sun loungers.

Beach Pool Villa

With similar amenities, these rooms also offer approximately 155 sqm and direct access to the beach. Rooms facing the sunset are also available at an additional charge (V2S).

Meals

BB/HB/FB

Buffet breakfast at "VEYO". For half board, also includes dinner buffet at "VEYO". For full board, also includes lunch at "VEYO" or "WAHOO" and dinner at "VEYO".
With booked HB and FB, guests receive a daily credit of 155 USD per adult or 77.50 USD per child for all other restaurants.

Buffet breakfast at "VEYO". Lunch as a set menu at "VEYO" or "WAHOO" restaurant. Dinner as a set menu at "VEYO", "ATHIRI", or "RIVA" restaurant (subject to change). Selected non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages from 11 am to 11 pm at the respective open bar (water, soft drinks, juices, smoothies, coffee, tea, wine, beer, and spirits). Additionally, daily replenishment of the minibar (non-alcoholic drinks and snacks) is included. Furthermore, a snorkeling trip to the house reef (reservation required), a 30-minute photoshoot, and complimentary use of snorkeling equipment, stand-up paddleboards, paddle boats, kayaks, and the fitness center are included.
