Location

The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach of Sri Lanka's East Coast. The city center is approximately 6 km away. The transfer time from Colombo International Airport is about 6-7 hours by bus. A transfer by domestic flight (approx. 45 minutes) to Trincomalee National Airport and a further approx. 25 minutes by bus can be booked optionally at an additional charge.

The hotel, with 150 rooms, features a stylish retro design. It offers its guests two restaurants: the main restaurant “Captain's Deck” (buffet) and the beach restaurant “The Crab” (à la carte), as well as the bar "The Rum Hold". The outdoor area boasts a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and beach towels are provided free of charge for guests by the pool and on the beach. Umbrellas are also offered free of charge on the beach.

Beach Chalet

The Beach Chalets have the same amenities as the Superior Rooms and additionally feature a DVD player, bathrobes, slippers, and are located directly on the beach (UH2/UH1).
