The exclusive JA Palm Tree Court is situated in a quiet, expansive location directly on a private sandy beach, approximately 800 meters long, and forms part of the large resort complex JA The Resort together with the JA Beach Hotel and the JA Lake View Hotel.
The complex stretches along the coast, offering a particularly spacious, green environment with plenty of room for peace and relaxation directly on the Arabian Gulf. Its secluded location creates an almost resort-exclusive character that clearly stands out from the urban hustle and bustle of the metropolis.
Despite its quiet beachfront location, it is well-connected: the lively Dubai Marina with the popular Dubai Marina Walk is reachable in about 30 minutes. Well-known shopping centers, Dubai Parks and Resorts, and the traditional Gold Souk in Deira are also easily accessible via a complimentary shuttle.

The JA Palm Tree Court features a total of 212 comfortably furnished rooms and combines spacious resort architecture with a diverse range of facilities and leisure activities.
The elegant lobby with reception already provides a welcoming first impression. Culinary-wise, guests can expect a wide selection of restaurants and bars offering international flavors. The main all-day dining restaurant is "La Fontana Restaurant," which offers great culinary variety with its diverse international buffets and themed evenings. For further gourmet experiences, specialized restaurants are also available: "White Orchid Restaurant" serves Southeast Asian specialties, while "Anchor Restaurant" is known for Indian and international dishes. "Captain's Restaurant & Bar" offers Mexican specialties in a relaxed atmosphere. The gastronomic offerings are complemented by additional bars and rotating theme buffets, providing further variety during your stay.
Additionally, a hairdresser, a jeweler, a beauty salon, and a small shopping arcade are available, rounding off the resort's amenities and ensuring added convenience.
The extensive, well-maintained garden area forms the heart of the resort and offers a particularly relaxing holiday experience surrounded by greenery. It features a total of six heated freshwater pools, as well as a separate saltwater pool exclusively reserved for guests of The Residence Suites and Premium Suites. Furthermore, there are two separate children's pools, spacious sun terraces, and two pool bars offering refreshment and relaxed moments.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pools and on the beach. Guests can also use the pool facilities of the neighboring JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel.
