The exclusive resort "JA Lake View Hotel" is situated in a quiet location, approximately 1 km from the private beach "Jebel Ali Beach" (a buggy transfer is available). The hotel, along with its two neighboring hotels, forms the complex "JA The Resort".
The famous Jumeirah Beach is about 26 km away. The Dubai Mall, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, as well as the iconic Burj Khalifa, are approximately 46 km away.
The distance to Dubai Airport is around 56 km.

Children's program

For the little guests, the "Pirates & Mermaids" Kids Club (ages 4–12) offers a varied childcare and animation program in the mornings and afternoons. In the evening, a daily children's buffet is available, and an integrated children's pool provides refreshment.

A special highlight is the newly built water park "Splash," where children can have fun. Access is not permitted for children under 1 meter in height, and children between 1 and 1.20 meters may only play with adult supervision.
