Location

The villas of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf are situated in a quiet, exclusive location directly on the beach within the Madinat Jumeirah resort complex. Surrounded by waterways, gardens, and traditional Arabian architecture, the resort offers a secluded oasis of tranquility with direct access to the private sandy beach on the Arabian Gulf.
The city center of Dubai is approximately 20 km away, and Dubai International Airport is reachable in about 25 km.

Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf features 254 rooms and 29 suites, located within 29 summer houses. The luxuriously appointed summer houses are nestled amidst beautifully manicured, expansive gardens surrounded by waterways.
Guests can travel throughout the entire Madinat complex using the "Abras" (traditional wooden water taxis). This complex comprises a total of 3 resorts ("Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf", Jumeirah Mina Al Salam", "Jumeirah Al Qasr"), allowing guests to access all facilities.
These include over 50 restaurants, cafés, and bars, the Souk Makadi shopping complex, and the luxurious "Talise Spa".
Each summer house contains 9-10 rooms, a suite, and a private courtyard. A dedicated reception and a 24-hour butler service are available to guests here. Additionally, a happy hour with sundowner drinks and selected alcoholic beverages is offered daily between 5 PM and 7 PM.
Several small swimming pools are spread throughout the resort, offering a cool refreshment. The long, fine-sand beach, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, invites guests to relax. All facilities of the "Mina Al Salam" and "Al Qasr" hotel complexes can be used.

Palm House Garden

The approximately 60 sqm Palm House Garden rooms (DD2/DD1) are luxuriously appointed and lovingly designed in an Arabic style. They feature a bath/WC with a separate shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, TV, radio, telephone, internet access, iron, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee and tea maker, safe, and a balcony or terrace overlooking the hotel's own water channels in the extensive garden landscape.
