The new luxury hotel is set against the impressive backdrop of the Hajar Mountains and is located directly on the hotel's private sandy beach with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean. Dubai Airport (DXB) is approximately 150 km away.

The unique beach resort offers 198 rooms spread across 7 floors.
Facilities include a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "The Restaurant" and the à la carte restaurant "Salia Beach Restaurant" (reservations required), a lounge cafe, and various bars.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features three swimming pools. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. A fitness club is available for your workout.

Deluxe Double Room

With approx. 38 sqm, these rooms are very spacious. All Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DD1) have a bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, iron and ironing board, as well as coffee/tea making facilities, and mountain views, plus a French balcony. At an additional cost, rooms with a balcony and pool view, or sea view with a balcony are also available.
Also bookable at an additional cost as Deluxe Double Room Poolview (D2P/DPE) or Deluxe Double Room Sea View (DDM/DM1).
