Location

The luxurious 5-star Grand Hotel & Spa Primoretz is located in a very quiet area directly on the coast of Burgas. Its direct beach location and proximity to the town center of Burgas with numerous shops make it the perfect setting for a varied stay.

The hotel offers its guests 109 rooms, several elevators, a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant, and several bars. A night bar invites you to evening entertainment with live music. Additionally, there is a beautiful swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. An indoor pool with an integrated children's pool and a spa area (approx. 3000m²) with additional offerings provide plenty of variety.

Double room

The Standard Double Rooms face the land side and have a bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, safe, telephone, and a balcony (DL).
Also available for single use (DEL) for an additional charge, or as a single/child option (D1L).

Double room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms, with otherwise similar amenities to the Standard Double Rooms, are slightly more spacious and additionally feature a coffee/tea maker (DSU). Also available as a single child option (1DS) or as a Superior Double Room with sea view (DMU) for an additional charge.

Double room sea view

The Double Rooms with sea view have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, safe, telephone, and a balcony (DY2). Also bookable as a single/child option (D1Y).

Apartment without kitchenette

The 1-bedroom apartments without a kitchenette (approx. 65m²) have, with otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, a separate bedroom and are located on the 1st and 2nd floors facing the land side (A12 or A1A, depending on occupancy).
