Location

The hotel is located directly on the long pedestrian promenade of Nessebar, about 150 m from the long, fine-sand beach of the resort Sunny Beach. The historic old town of Nessebar is just a few minutes' walk away. In the center of Sunny Beach, you will find numerous shopping and entertainment options (regular local bus service). Burgas Airport is approximately 25 km away.

The Festa Panorama hotel was comprehensively renovated in 2025 and has a total of 248 renovated rooms spread across 6 floors. It offers guests a reception area with a 24-hour reception (safe available for a fee at reception), elevators, lobby bar, main restaurant, 24-hour self-service area, a relaxation center, and an indoor pool. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace, a snack bar, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available for a deposit.

Double room

The double rooms (approx. 20-25 sqm) have a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, carpeted floor, minibar, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also available as a double room for single use (DE) or as a single + child (D1K) for an additional charge.
Double rooms with sea view (DM), double rooms with sea view for single use (DEM), and double rooms with sea view for single + child (D1M) can also be booked for an additional charge.

Apartment with sea view

The apartments with sea view (approx. 50 sqm) feature a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom, as well as a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony with sea view (2AM).

Super Saver Room

Super saver rooms may differ in location, size, and amenities from standard rooms. The allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier on site. These rooms do not have a balcony (SSZ).

Single room (BOJA18)

With the same amenities as a double room facing the street and smaller (E). Optionally also bookable with sea view (EM).

All meals are served buffet style. Breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (approx. 6:30 PM - 9 PM). There are theme buffets 3 times a week. The dinner buffet includes a wide selection of fresh salads, well-known international dishes, light desserts, fresh fruit, grilled vegetables, pasta, and show cooking stations.
24-hour self-service area:
Snacks and sandwiches from approx. 10 PM to 8 AM and drinks such as juices, soft drinks, and various hot beverages (coffee/tea, cocoa, etc.) from approx. 12 AM to 12 PM.
Snacks such as mini-sandwiches, fruit, ice cream, and light desserts from approx. 11 AM to 4 PM at the snack bar.
Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, juices, cocktails, and hot beverages such as coffee/tea, cappuccino, and cocoa from approx. 10 AM to 10 PM at the open bar.
The night bar (approx. 10 PM - 12 AM, closed on Mondays) serves a wide selection of local alcoholic beverages, house wine, draft beer, non-alcoholic drinks, and cocktails.
