Location

The luxurious hotel is located on the northern edge in the quiet zone of Sunny Beach, which slopes gently towards the sea, offering a relaxed and well-maintained ambiance. The town center with its shopping and entertainment facilities is about 2 km away. There are regular public bus connections. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The elegantly furnished Hotel Helena Sands, along with its 4-star sister hotel Helena Park, is set within a lovingly maintained garden complex and features 194 rooms across 8 floors. The hotel offers a reception hall with a front desk, elevators, a main restaurant with a terrace, and a wonderfully situated seafood à la carte restaurant, as well as a bar. The modern outdoor area boasts a spacious swimming pool (and a separate children's pool) with a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available at the pool and on the beach (subject to availability).

Double Room

The double rooms are modernly and tastefully furnished with a bath/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony. Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge.

Double Room Sea View

The double rooms with sea view, otherwise equipped identically to the double rooms, additionally offer a sea view. Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DEM).

The junior suites, otherwise equipped identically to the double rooms, are somewhat more spacious and additionally feature a seating area with a visually separated living area and are equipped with bathrobes.

Suite

The suites (approx. 75 sqm) are, otherwise equipped identically to the junior suites, even more spacious and consist of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, and also have a sofa bed in the living room. Bathrobe

Duplex Suite

These are equipped like the suites, but as duplex apartments and with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom on the upper floor. With an area of approx. 80 sqm, these duplex suites offer plenty of space over two levels and have a living room and a bedroom. Further amenities are identical to those of the suites. Additionally, a bathtub with hydromassage jets, bathrobes in the room.
