The hotel has 323 renovated double rooms, 21 apartments and 16 studios, spread over 10 floors.
Facilities include an elegant lobby area with reception, lobby bar, safe at reception (for a fee), elevators, TV corner, Wi-Fi (included), a main restaurant "Ambrosia" and the themed restaurant "Bendida" (both with outdoor terraces), as well as the à la carte restaurant "Crown Pub Steak House" (for a fee) invite you to enjoy balanced and excellent meals. In the outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool with a whirlpool, a pool bar and a separate children's pool (both pools were renovated in winter 25/26 and are heated). Umbrellas and sun loungers are included by the pool and at the hotel's own beach section (subject to availability).

The double rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, centrally controlled air conditioning (intermittent and weather-dependent), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), cable TV, mini-fridge, safe, kettle, and a balcony. Ice cream from approx. 2 PM - 5 PM. Pizza is offered in the Snack Corner from approx. 12 PM - 5 PM, and snacks such as sandwiches, burgers, and seasonal fruit are available in the Snack Corner from approx. 3 PM - 5 PM.
A 3-course dinner at the à la carte restaurant "Crown Pub Steak House" is included per stay (with a minimum stay of 7 nights, reservation required, drinks at an additional charge).

Sports included

Yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, aerobics, and darts as part of the animation program.
