Location

The popular hotel complex is located in a quiet section of Sunny Beach, separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by dunes. The historic old town of Nessebar is about 2 km away, and the new town of Nessebar is about 800 m away. Burgas Airport is approximately 35 km away.

The family-friendly resort with a total of 494 rooms consists of two buildings. The main building has 8 floors and the adjacent building has 3-4 floors; elevators are available in both buildings. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, two buffet restaurants, two lobby bars, a snack bar, three à la carte restaurants (Asian, Mediterranean, and BBQ. For a fee), an indoor pool (heated in May-June and September-October and weather permitting), two freshwater swimming pools, and two children's pools with a splash pool (June-September, operating hours vary and weather dependent).
Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The double rooms (approx. 21-25 m²) are located in the adjacent building and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV (flat screen), sofa bed, safe (included), mini-fridge, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), carpet or laminate flooring, and a furnished balcony facing the land side (D).
Also available as a double room for single use (DE), as a single with child (D1K), or as a double room with a side sea view (DMS), as well as a double room with a side sea view for single use (DES) at an additional charge.
(Additionally bookable under BOJB03 as type A (DA) or as a Super Saver Room with special contingents and prices (SSZ)).

Family Room

The family rooms (approx. 36-40 m²) are located in the adjacent building and consist of 2 double rooms with an connecting door (2 bathrooms and laminate flooring, DF2).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (approx. 26-30 m²) are located in the main building and, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, have an additional sofa bed and carpet or laminate flooring (DD2). Also available as a Deluxe Double Room for single use (DD1) or as a Deluxe Double Room with sea view (DDM) for an additional charge.

Studio without kitchenette

The Studios without kitchenette (approx. 31-35 m²) are located in the main building and, with otherwise similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, are slightly more spacious (S12). Studios with a side sea view (M2S) are bookable for an additional charge.

Family Apartment 2 Bedrooms

The Family Apartments 2 Bedrooms without kitchenette (approx. 41-45 m²) are located on the lowest floor of the adjacent building and, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, feature a combined living/sleeping area, two separate bedrooms, shower/WC, a sofa bed, terracotta flooring, and a terrace (A22).

Apartment Sea View 1 Bedroom

The Apartments Sea View 1 Bedroom (approx. 36-40 m²) are located in the main building and, with otherwise similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, feature a visually separated living/sleeping area, one separate bedroom, sofa bed, carpet or laminate flooring, two bathrooms with bath/shower/WC, and a furnished balcony with sea view (2AM).
The Apartments 1 Bedroom Deluxe have, with otherwise identical amenities, park view (A2U).
(Additionally bookable under BOJB03 without sea view and with 2 bedrooms (A22)).

Junior Suite (BOJB03)

Have the same amenities as the family rooms and are more spacious (JS2).
Optionally also bookable with a side sea view (J2S).

Deluxe Apartment 1 BR (BOJB03)

The Deluxe Apartments 1 Bedroom (approx. 40 m²) consist of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a French bed. Further amenities include a bath/WC, carpet flooring, kettle, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (D2A).

All meals served buffet style.
Breakfast from approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, late riser breakfast from approx. 10 AM - 12 PM, lunch from approx. 12 PM - 2 PM, and dinner including themed buffets from approx. 6 PM - 9 PM. One dinner per stay (minimum stay of 5 nights) is included in one of the two à la carte restaurants (Asian or Mediterranean, reservation required).
Snacks and ice cream from approx. 12 PM - 5 PM.
Midnight snack (cold buffet from approx. 0 AM - 6 AM).
Selected local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and tea served 24/7 at the lobby bar in the main building.
