The friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 17m²) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, fridge, pull-out extra bed, and a balcony facing the land side.

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms (approx. 27m²) are somewhat more spacious, otherwise equipped like the double rooms.
(Additionally bookable under BOJA37 as Double room Superior (DSU/DSE) and from Summer 2026 also as Type A (DAS)).

Studio without kitchenette

The studios without kitchenette (approx. 27m²) have an additional living area and are more spacious, otherwise equipped like the double rooms. (S12)

Studio without kitchenette

The studios without kitchenette (approx. 45m²) are more spacious, otherwise equipped like the studios (S12), and feature 3 regular beds and extra beds (sofa bed). Minimum occupancy 3 adults. (S13)

Apartment 1 bedroom without kitchenette

The apartments with 1 bedroom without kitchenette have a separate bedroom, otherwise equipped like the studios.
